DEC, subsidiary of Ecoterres Holding

Ecoterres (Walloon provinces), de Vries en van de Wiel (the Netherlands), Extract-Ecoterres (France) and DEC (Flanders, Europe, worldwide) together are responsible for all environmental activities within the DEME group. All are part of Ecoterres Holding.

Statistics DEC NV

DEC is a Belgian private limited company with approx. 180 employees. The annual turnover is in 2006 more than 70 million euros. The majority of the turnover was earned in soil remediation works and sediment treatment activities.

DEC UK Ltd. was founded at the beginning of 2007, targetting to the United Kingdom market and taking over the activities of the DEC UK branch.

Consolidated figures Ecoterres Holding

Ecoterres Holding is the company in which all environmental companies of the DEME group are brought together. Ecoterres Holding has no personnel of its own, but together the environmental companies have more than 400 employees. In 2006, the Holding has a consolidated turnover of more than 140 million euros.
