DEC’s Human Resources policy is aimed at following, developing and optimising everyone’s career and individual development. DEC aims to strike an optimum balance between personal ambitions and the achieving the companies objectives.

To that end, a specific guidance plan has been set up aimed at tracking and training staff. This guidance plan ensures that the long term and short term future of the personal career can be discussed by the employee and the employer. In mutual consultation, internal and external training packages are offered when necessary, to not only help improve the employee’s knowledge and professional skills, but also to adequately fill the demands of the yards and services of DEC.
