Creation of a disposal site Category I, creation of a salt cell and final capping of a Category I disposal site.
- Supply and installation of a drainage system and HDPE membrane (approx. 30,000m²) for the creation of a Category 1 disposal site;
- Supply and installation of HDPE membrane and a drainage system (approx. 2.500m²) for the creation of a salt cell at the Category 1 disposal site;
- Preparatory earthwork, followed by delivery and installation of HDPE membrane, clay mats, drainage mats, geogrid and a drainage system for capping a category 1 disposal site.
Expansion of an existing Category I disposal site: 50,000m².
- Installation of geotextiles
- Installation of HDPE pipes (full tubes and drainage pipes)
- Installation of special HDPE structures
- Installation of HDPE membrane
Final finishing disposal sites depot I, 1-2 (Category I): 11,000m².
- Preparatory earthwork
- Installation clay mats
- Installation of HDPE membrane (2.5mm)
- Installation of drainage mat
- Installation of geogrid
- Addition of 1m of top soil
The earthwork (long reach) was performed as a subcontractor. The earthwork consisted of creating slopes (6/4) and the stabilisation of these slopes with a cement mixture.
Liners were placed on the slopes using a cable crane (42m boom).
The top soil was added as a subcontractor.
