Business and Project Development

The Business and Project Development department conducts market and feasibility studies, identifies niches and works to develop new activities and complex projects and to sustain the geographical expansion of Ecoterres Holding. It searches for partners, negotiates long-term alliances and helps to establish suitable local entities.

Here Ecoterres Holding has deliberately chosen for a proactive approach to those projects with a long prehistory or with a complex legal, financial or social background. The Business and Project Development department works out a customised approach
separately for each such project. The project-specific work may comprise putting the required financial package together, developing a suitable legal structure in full detail, creating an advance riskmanagement model, working out an acceptable
partnership formula (risk and profit-sharing formulas) or the many other creative approaches that Ecoterres Holding uses and which set it apart from the conventional contracting outfit.
